Everything You Need, All in One Place
Not Just a Provider. We're Your Partner.
Genuine care looks different for everyone. We start by asking the right questions.
Excel Care Choices was built on a simple belief: that great support comes from people who truly listen. Not just at the start but every single time they show up.
Getting Started Is Simpler Than You Think
You stay in control at every step. We handle the rest.
Tell Us About Yourself
Get in touch and share what's going on - your needs, your goals, and what good support looks like to you. There are no wrong answers, just a real conversation.
STEP 1
We Build Your Support Plan
Together, we put together a support plan shaped around your daily life, your preferences, and your NDIS goals - something that actually makes sense for you.
STEP 2
Support That Grows With You
Life changes and your support should too. We check in regularly, listen to what's working, and adjust as your needs shift over time.
STEP 3
Not Sure Where to Start? That's Okay.
A lot of people come to us not knowing exactly what they need and that’s completely fine. We’ll figure it out together.
Whether you’re brand new to disability support or switching providers for the first time, we make it easy to understand your options, without the jargon or the pressure.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who are Excel Care Choices services for?
We support people at every stage of life. That includes children needing therapy and family support, adults accessing NDIS-funded disability services, and older Australians looking for aged care assistance, daily living help, or companionship. If you’re not sure whether we’re the right fit, just reach out – we’ll be honest with you.
Is support available around the clock?
Yes. We offer 24/7 care – particularly for participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements and those with high-intensity or ongoing support needs. You won’t be left without help when it matters most.
What kinds of disability and support needs do you cover?
Our team is experienced across a broad range of needs – including intellectual, physical, and psychosocial disabilities, as well as complex clinical requirements like PEG feeding, bowel care, seizure management, dysphagia, schizophrenia support, and mobility assistance.
How qualified is your team for high-intensity or clinical care?
Our support workers and clinical staff are trained and experienced in delivering high-intensity personal care and complex support services. Every participant has an individual care and risk management plan that guides how our team works with them.
I'm new to the NDIS - can you help me work it out?
Absolutely. The NDIS can feel overwhelming at first, and that’s completely normal. We offer Support Coordination at Levels 1 and 2 to help you understand your plan, identify the right services, and get everything in place – so you can focus on living your life, not managing paperwork.
